BIPOC Futures is a social enterprise that aims to improve life outcomes for Black, Indigenous and People of Color (BIPOC).
We create funding pools where people can contribute small amounts of their disposable income towards the Black, Indigenous and People of Color causes they care about.
Black, Indigenous and people of Color suffer from prejudice, inequality, racism and systemic pressures that leave us with less household income, less access to capital and far less access to unrestricted assets to service our communities. As a result, we see less generational wealth, lower rates of educational attainment, less employment opportunities and the list goes on.
If access to capital were less of a barrier, we strongly believe that our communities would be better off. That’s why we decided to create the platform that would do that.
