While working to support students, entrepreneurs and newly-hired individuals, ASpectrum has partnered to deliver personalized integration and retention support to employers across Canada.
ASpectrums’ approach to skills development is to ‘think outside the cubicle’ by integrating creativity and ingenuity. The team of professional integration coaches (many of whom identify as neurodivergent) are highly qualified in employment skills coaching and case management. Support is provided both in-person and virtually. Coaches are carefully vetted and are grounded with the understanding that many people simultaneously require connection to resources and supports that extend beyond employment and beyond typical working hours.
ASpectrum is also dedicated to supporting employers dedicated to creating diverse, equitable workspaces, through consultation and policy and procedure development and implementation.
