We are a local fitness studio that provides full body resistance training with the use of ARX technology, TRX bands and battle ropes. Our fitness trainer will work with you one on one to create your fitness program, taking into consideration not only your goals but also your fitness level, injuries and health conditions. These adapted workouts in combination with using resistance training by ARX technology, help us to ensure optimal use of time and energy in order to achieve your fitness goals. With ARX technology we are able to statistically track your fitness improvements each time you workout and are able to compare it to your previous workout; making your routine uniquely yours as it is you versus yourself. Your program is constantly reviewed and updated to keep up with changes in your fitness level as well as your health. Sessions are 30 minutes, twice a week.
