Leighnibor Academy was founded by Robbie G. — a TEDx speaker and published author who knows firsthand what it feels like to freeze up when it matters most. Early in his career, Robbie struggled with the same communication anxiety that holds back so many talented professionals.
Through years of study, practice, and coaching, he developed a conversation-first approach that builds confidence from the ground up — starting with everyday conversations, not high-pressure presentations. That approach became the foundation of Leighnibor Academy.
Today, we offer the Communication Mastery Intensive — a focused, 6-week small-group coaching program designed to help professionals find their voice and use it. No pre-recorded videos. No massive lecture halls. Just 8 people, a coach, and real practice.
